About the Journal

Publication Frequency

The journal "Microsystems, Electronics and Acoustics" is published three times a year (since 2020). The presence of a review article in each issue is up to the editorial board.

Open Access Policy

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Requirements for a scientific article

The scientific article should contain the following elements:

  • problem statement in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;
  • an analysis of recent research and publications in which the solution to this problem was initiated, and on which the author relies, the allocation of previously unsettled parts of the general problem to which this article is devoted;
  • formulation of the goals of the article (statement of the task);
  • a summary of the main research material with a full substantiation of the scientific results obtained;
  • conclusions from this study and prospects for further exploration in this direction.

Checking for plagiarism

The editorial board conducts a two-level review for possible scientific plagiarism. At the first stage, the editorial office conducts additional verification to identify matches/identities/similarities in the texts using the StrikePlagiarism plagiarism check service.

At the second stage, the review is conducted by scientific reviewers, who are experts in the topic of the submission and can provide a qualified assessment of the possibility of plagiarism.

Status in Ukraine

The journal "Microsystems, Electronics and Acoustics" is included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Philosophy (category B) in the field of science "technical" can be published (specialties 141 Electric Power, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics, 171 Electronics, 172 Electronic Communications and Radio Engineering and 176 (153 until 2022) Micro- and Nanosystem Engineering).

From 2026: cluster "Information Technologies and Electronics", specialties G5 Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation and Radio Engineering, and G7 Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics.
