Abstract

The complexity of managing modern mining enterprises is largely due to the lack of correct mathematical models of mining and quarrying, the creation of which is critically necessary for process optimization. To formalize the tasks of optimal energy conservation management, a synthesis of the corresponding model was proposed, which contains two stages. At the first stage, a structural synthesis of the model was carried out, based on which significant economic patterns were identified. This allowed transforming fixed assets indicators into profit, taking into account energy conservation costs. The second stage involved the identification of parameters - determining quantitative characteristics for the regular operation of the enterprise. The resulting model made it possible to allocate energy conservation costs. The synthesized model allowed formulating tasks for optimal energy conservation management with the subsequent allocation of optimal costs.

The theory of energy management was adapted to the specifics of mining enterprises; a mathematical model of energy conservation of mining and quarrying was constructed, which, unlike analogues, directly takes into account the influence of the factor of the state of fixed assets on the specific costs of energy resources; The use of a non-adaptive algorithm for identifying the parameters of the energy saving model is justified, which ensures the accuracy of calculations under conditions of stable technological cycles of ore enrichment.
