Original articles of scientific, industrial, and practical value are accepted for publication. An author has the right to submit only one scientific article per issue, provided that it has not been published previously.
Thematic focus of the journal: energy efficiency and energy saving, intelligent information technologies and systems in the energy sector, intersectoral problems and systems research in energy, liberalized energy markets, energy security, Smart Grid systems and technologies, monitoring, diagnostics, and control of energy processes and equipment, generation and conversion of thermal and electrical energy, computer modeling of processes in the energy sector, power plants, networks and systems, use and utilization of thermal energy, electromechanical energy conversion and transmission, optimization of processes and improvement of power machinery design, metrological support in the energy sector, forecasting of reliability, dynamic strength and service life of energy equipment, forecasting the development of the fuel and energy complex, renewable energy sources and their conversion, environmental problems in the energy sector, reduction of harmful emissions from energy facilities, fundamental problems of solid fuel use, efficient gas use, energy conservation, diversification of energy supply sources, and energy independence of the Ukrainian economy: economic mechanisms of formation and prospects for the implementation of innovative energy-saving technologies in Ukraine.
Aims and Objectives of the Journal
The aim of the scientific journal Power Engineering: Economics, Technique, Ecology is to establish an authoritative professional platform for disseminating the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of power engineering and energy efficiency, contributing to the innovative development of Ukraine’s energy sector and the integration of national science into the global scientific community. The journal is focused on ensuring high standards of academic quality, research integrity, and openness of scientific results, while supporting an interdisciplinary approach to addressing contemporary technological, economic, and environmental challenges in the energy sector.
The main objectives of the journal are to publish original scientific articles containing substantiated research results with scientific novelty and practical value; to develop scientific discussion on current issues of energy security, sustainable development, intelligent energy systems, energy markets, and environmental transformation of the sector; to promote the implementation of modern technologies, methods of modeling, monitoring, and control of energy processes; and to support research in renewable energy, energy efficiency improvement, and decarbonization.
